Stephanie joined Dr. Welch’s team in June 2017, with more than 24 years’ experience in the dental industry. She started her dental career as a clinical assistant, and after eleven years, transitioned to the front office. Her goal is to help Dr. Welch to continually grow his practice and ensure that patients achieve their dream smile. Stephanie assists with the insurance and financial aspects of patient treatment plans. Her door is always open to patients with questions regarding their treatment plan, insurance, or anything they may need to feel comfortable as patients.

Stephanie and her husband, Ricky, have three children, four grandchildren, three dogs, and a bird. In her spare time, she enjoys making costumes for the Community Theatre of Greensboro, and spending time with her family.

Erin Sherron, Dental Hygienist local dental hygienist

Erin joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2000, having more than 32 years of dental hygiene experience. She cares about all of her patients, and enjoys getting to know them. Making sure they’re comfortable is her top priority. Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, and their two dogs, Kasey and Kokoa. You can also often find her pumping iron in the gym.

Ryan joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2007. She’s a people person who loves working with and getting to know each patient. Because the field of dentistry is constantly changing, and the technology is incredible, Ryan says she enjoys learning and expanding her skills, as it keeps her on her toes! She loves the team’s commitment to staying on the cutting edge, and putting the patients’ care first. While not in the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years, her two children, two dogs, and a little piggy.

Karin Hill, Dental Assistant nice dentist staff

Karin joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2011, assisting him chairside with all general and cosmetic procedures. She has over 17 years in the dental field, and loves working with all of the patients. The comfort and happiness of the patients is Karin’s number one priority.

When she is not assisting Dr. Welch, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Boston Terriers. Karin also enjoys meeting with friends to share a great cup of coffee.
