ABOUT OUR DENTAL PRACTICE
Located in the Brassfield area, we are a full-service dental practice providing top-quality care for your entire family. Our dental staff strives to keep the office running smoothly - and on schedule - because we respect your time and value you as a patient.We have an experienced and knowledgeable dental team that focuses on providing excellent care using progressive, high-tech dental care methods.
Our beautiful office and comfortable environment mean nothing without the great people who fill them – our experienced “A-Team” staff and our great patients mean everything to our practice.
Dr. Scott Welch
MEET OUR TEAMWe are proud to present our dental team, which is led by Dr. Scott Welch. We work hard to provide patients with excellent dental care, and we have a good time while doing it. We are a relaxed team that prides itself on being very productive, which means that your dental care visits will be timely and professional, with a little fun on the side.
Dr. Scott Welch, dds, paDr. Scott Welch always knew he wanted to be a dentist and feels lucky that he has been able to realize his passion through his daily work. A native of North Carolina, he earned a B.A. in chemistry and a D.D.S from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He started his dental practice in Greensboro after graduation in 1991.
Dr. Welch loves his work and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
"I like the art of dentistry, but what is truly meaningful to me is that I am able to use my skills while enjoying relationships that I have developed with my ‘family’ of patients over the years." Dr. Welch is a member of the American Dental Association, the Guilford County Dental Society, and local study clubs. While studying for his D.D.S., he was a member and president of Delta Sigma Delta, the dental fraternity at Chapel Hill.
Scott and his wife, Rhonda (his high school sweetheart), spend time enjoying Bruce Springsteen concerts across the country and rooting for the Tarheels. In addition, he likes to try out new hobbies, such as backpacking, motorcycling, skiing, and sailing.
Dr. welch places a high value on giving back to the community. After reaching the Eagle Scout rank, he knew he wanted to be active in scouting as an adult. He has served as a Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster with his original scout troop 68 of Jamestown. He has also held volunteer leadership positions at the Old North State Council of the Boy Scouts of America district and council levels.
I have assembled a staff that shares my vision: a group of people who strive each day to give our patients their best and make each day fun and unique.

Office Manager/CDA
Dana has over 27 years of experience as a certified dental assistant before moving into management and has enjoyed all aspects of dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and animals. They spend most of their time cooking, baseball, and going to the beach.
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Erin joined our team in 2000. Erin has more than 37 years of dental hygiene experience. She truly cares about our patients and enjoys getting to know them. Outside of the office, she enjoys her animals, friends, and working out at the gym.
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Kristie joined the practice in 2020. She has been in dentistry for over 18 years. Kristie enjoys providing information and techniques to her patients to help them have a healthy and happy smile. When she isn’t doing that, she loves spending time with her animals, friends, and family, redecorating, and going to the beach.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Karin joined our team in 2011. Since then, she has enjoyed serving our patients and learning new aspects of dentistry along the way. Outside the office, she spends most of her time outdoors enjoying all God has created and loves going on hikes with her husband.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Bethany is the newest addition to our team. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2007 and began her focus on dentistry. Bethany strives to make patients feel at ease with her nurturing personality and sense of humor. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their little French bulldog, Bianca.
